FEE SCHEDULE & POLICY

Organizations will be charged $800 per day for training, plus travel expenses for each trainer (i.e., airfare, per diem, hotel, etc…).

• For trainings under 4 hours in duration, the fee will be $400 per day, plus travel expenses for each trainer.

The training fees shall include training materials for the actual number of participants attending the training.

Additional training materials may be purchased from Workers Assistance Program, Inc. at the following rates:

Course Manuals
$25.00 each
AWARE Scorecards
$1.00 each
Red Ribbon Pins
$2.00 each

• Manuals may only be purchased by persons who have attended the training for which they are requesting a manual.
• All fees are subject to 8% sales tax, shipping and handling.
• Tax exempt agencies must provide a Tax Exempt Certificate with their order.

No organization or individual will be refused training based solely on the organization or individual's inability to pay. All requests for fee reductions or waivers shall be submitted in writing and approved by the Texas HIV Connection Division Director.

There are no training charges for DSHS-Substance Abuse Service funded agencies.

Texas HIV Connection Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be made 10 working days
prior to the training.
We reserve the right to charge an administrative
fee for cancellations made after 10 working days
prior to the training date.
