• Resource referrals.
• On-going technical assistance for information and/or future trainings.

• A form for sponsors to record registered participants.
• An online registration option for participants to help sponsors meet the required minimum.
• Marketing of trainings to other agencies in the area to help sponsors meet required minimum.

Sponsor(s) Will Provide:

• Eighteen to fifty participants. Please provide a list of registered participants no less than seven (7) working days prior to the training event to the HIV Connection. HIV Connection reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training event if required minimums are not met. Also, due to the interactive and experiential nature of the trainings, the number of participants for many of the courses is limited. Please check the course’s description for the number of allowable participants.
• An environmentally comfortable, well-lit training facility that will accommodate the number of participants attending, tables and chairs for participants, resource table, training equipment and enough room for participant activities.
• TV and VCR (or monitor combination) and stand if requested.
• Stand or table for our projector and a screen. A light colored wall at the front of the training room will be sufficient if no screen is available.
• A 6’ to 8’ banquet table or equivalent size space for resources.
• Registration table.
• Two trainer tables, one at the front and one at the back of the training room.
• Refreshments (coffee, tea, soft drinks, snacks) for breaks.
• List of places close to the training facility where participants can get lunch.
• Sponsors may obtain additional professional CEU's. The Texas HIV Connection will be happy to provide the sponsoring organization with any information they may need to procure other specific credits.

General Information:
• No partial credit is given for any course. Participants must attend each day and each section of the workshop for full credit. If a participant arrives 15 or more minutes late to the training, or leaves the room for 15 or more minutes during the training, he or she will not receive credit.
• Allow thirty minutes for registration on the first day of the workshop.
• Full-day trainings include one break in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one hour or one and a half hours for lunch.
